SUPERHERO moves for Ages 2 to 12yrs old
The SUPERHERO program was developed and is run by Laurel Koop. It is an adventurous, mindful, learning-through-movement space for kids (as well as for parents/caretakers). We run classes and workshops during the school year, and we run a summer program camp.

ADULT CLASSES
PROGRAMMING FOR QUEERS AND THOSE WHO LOVE US! Masks mandatory and are provided. We have BIPOC rates and scholarship options (studioed324@gmail.com with any questions).
Queer Lifting Club (QLC) schedule:
Tuesday 5:15-6:15pm (Full body QLC) & 6:30-7:30 (Core strength)
Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm PWYC QLC run by a community member
Thursday 5:15-6:15pm (Foundations QLC, HYBRID) & 6:30-7:30 (Restorative Stretch, HYBRID)
Friday 12:30-1:30pm (Core strength, HYBRID)
Saturday 4:00-5:00pm (Full body QLC)
For queers and those who love us. These are all-levels classes. Come for serious and committed strength training, masked queer community ambiance, or somewhere on that spectrum: Come for community and stay for the muscles! Or come for the muscles and stay for the rad-queer ambience:). Masks are mandatory and are provided.
Our programs stay the same for six – eight week chunks. Each day of the week is unique and is a full body work-out. This programming is designed and taught by Eroca, who is an elite athlete and mover with decades of experience in strength training, dance, athletics and self-defence (European silver medalist in Jiu jitsu in 2025!). Each student will be supported to progress at their own rhythm. Consistency is so important, we highly recommend signing-up for a weekly commitment. For the hybrid classes, you can join from home or in studio.
CORE STRENGTH
Connecting core to our daily life movements. Connecting core movements to the things we actually do in our lives. Thinking of our core as the engine for our movements rather than as building a six pack. Training to make our life tasks easier.
RESTORATIVE STRETCH
This class is taught by Ty, it can be done online or in the studio, it’s hybrid! We’ll take it easy and take a moment to move and rest. Using a chair and the floor we’ll gently move to loosen up tight spots and unwind, lots of modifications will be shown and this will be a gentle hour with a soft warm up, some range of motion exercises and held stretches.
Black Gxrl Sesh
Black Gxrl Sesh runs Vogue Femme on Tuesdays with Kije, 8:00-10:00pm (Free for black folks, 15$ for everyone else). And they program a whole series of amazing events on Thursdays and Fridays.
